I feel like Ive been on holidays for the past couple of days as Sam had Friday off and starting on fixing our house.Our best pals from are down from Cairns and im loving inviting my friends over for little house parties.

My girl Yaz and I went out and bought all the ingredents for sangria and its easily becoming my favourite beverage. Chock full of zesty lemon lime and orange slices, nectrine and strawberrys cut up fresh from the fridge to make the perfect drink/fruit snack.

We had so many laughs reminising about school days and beach parties we used to have... so many memories that i hope i never forget.

Wonder Wheels

Today while out shopping for the store my eye caught these sweet pink Wonder Wheels and my first thought was of my friend Stacey, the owner of Rollergirl Promotions in Sydney.

I had a feeling they were for a little girl because they looked small but after squeezing my foot in they fit-just!

Stacey has already offered me some lesson which I think sounds fun but daunting because I just attempted to skate in the in my new house and almost fell on my face, my butt and did the splits. Needless to say im an unco bitch!

I havent been able to blog for over a week now and here is the reason why.

Sam and i finally got the keys for our house and below are some photos for you to have a look at what Ive been doing for the last 4 days.

It has taken us 4 days to get almost everything moved in, while we dont have a great deal of furniture after moving back form the gold coast and throwing most of our stuff away, I have been slowly collecting some beautiful vintage furntiure while op shopping and sam and I are having daily debates about interior but I think I know whos winning :)

After moving in on thursday and having 2 nights setting up our lovely friends came and visited on Saturday night and we had a little house warming party, I was very surprised when my friend told me it was 2 am and after that I was ready to crash.

These are just a few things I had to put around to make it feel more like a home.

My favourite chair you may have seen in previous posts but the floral chair i LOVE!

Getting back to work isnt going to be an easy task but i already have some new stock which will be in store within a fortnight. As for now I have a sale going which starts tonight, denim shorts are starting at $15.00 and there are lots of other bargins starting at just $11.00.

jumpsuit obsession

Im finding myself on a constant hunt for the perfect vintage jumpsuit.

I have had some luck in the past but recently its proving harder then expected.

This jumpuit was extremely comfortable and hope its been put to good use by its new owner.

Once again ive used the swing shoot to show you the beauty of the beach i may be getting married at the end of this year, but its not set in stone just yet.

It is my favourite beach in Jervis Bay because of its ability to be perfect every time i visit.

Maybe it a sign?

Ive only posted two pictures because with my hair in a bun, wearing a long pant jumpsuit and playing on a swing i actually look like a 5 year old.

ADMIRED & LOVED AGAIN

I dug up some pictures taken months ago because i fell in love with this dress and the day we did this photo shoot it started with difficulty but ended with great results. I would have loved to have kept this dress but Ive heard the lady who bought it got many complements and that's all I could ask for. There is nothing better then knowing pre-loved vintage can be admired and loved again.

This blog post is well over due I havent had a chance of late to get out in some lovely op shop clothes and get back to what I really enjoy about my job.

The past few weeks Ive had some things weighing heavily on my mind that i cant seem to bury any deeper. This year is bringing me some huge events and these event arent cheap. Thats why i need to put myself out there the next few weeks, trying harder to find "what people want" if possible and even looking about for a second part time job.

A Wedding and a mortgage is my driving force and my motto is and always has been'how bad do you want it'and i want it - real bad.

I love finding inspiring pictures. My favourite would be the last one in the 1960's, everything about this photo seems to have captured the vibe and fun these gorgeous women were having and why wouldnt they everyone of them are dressed perfectly yet so simply.

Im seriously contemplating cutting my hair and styling it 60's style, soft curls and side parts.

Happy February!

And what a nice morning it is. I have loaded up some pictures for you to see that shows a little insight into what I do almost every day during summer and how cute my dog cooper is. He is his happiest at the beach and why not the beach was shimmering and magical this morning.

It would have to be some of the hottest days we've had this summer so far, sleeping in the nude with the window as wide open as possible, early morning swims, icecream on the verandah, sand stuck to your feet,beach hair and warm sunkissed skin.

The only downfall is... these are the days Ive had to pack and TODAY is the day that settlement should be taking place! This is one of the most exciting days of my life so fingers crossed we will be sleeping at our very first house tonight :)))))
